Desert Botanical Garden

We spent a relaxing New Year's Eve afternoon at the Phoenix Desert Botanical Garden. Sad to say I've lived here 11 years and never visited the garden. It was impressive. Debra knew the name of almost every cactus and bird by heart. I got a chance to try out her Nikon D40. My Canon has been on the fritz for a while. It was nice to play with a quality camera again.
New Year's Eve was quiet and relaxing. I made fettucini alfredo, we watched The Office (BBC version), and stayed up until 10p. Do we know how to party or what?!
